If all the cards are illustrated won't that mean that players will know what card lies behind the picture?
No, because the face cards are all different but the backs are all the same.

Where can I buy a pack of Bird Playing Cards?
Directly from us, from our website, if local retailers are insufficiently imaginative to sell them.

What is the price?

Do you supply packs for corporate events?
Yes, we can supply packs in any quantity, given a little time, featuring your own sticker if required.

Do you produce packs for private or corporate clients featuring their own artwork?
Yes, we can work with clients to create bespoke branded packs. Please contact us for further information and pricing structure.

Do you send sample packs?
We can do, simply e-mail: nick@nickybirddesign.com

Do you supply packs on sale or return?
Not usually, not to retailers, but we can do for one-off events like charity auctions, quizzes etc.

Terms & Conditions

Our payments are processed through Nochex, a secure, widely trusted online payment service.
All major debit and credit cards are accepted - you don't need a Nochex account to order.
Once you've placed an order, the transaction will be confirmed by email.

If you prefer to pay by cheque, just email your order to jeff@birdplayingcards.com or put a note in with your cheque.

When you place an order online, a receipt is emailed to you automatically.
If you'd rather pay by cheque and would like a receipt, please make this clear on your order.

Orders are usually dispatched within seven working days of payment.
If there is a delay, we'll let you know immediately by email. Delivery charges are per order.

Within the UK
Orders under £25 will be sent by first class postage. Orders over £25 will be sent by first class recorded delivery
and a signature will be required upon receipt. If the package isn't signed for, it will be returned to your local post office for collection.
If it's still there one week later, it will be returned to us. We are happy to resend, but ask you to pay the delivery costs. Proof of postage will always be obtained.

Outside the UK
Orders under £25 will be sent by first class airmail. Orders over £25 will be sent by first class international signed for
and a signature will be required upon receipt. Also, please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes.
These charges are beyond our control and must be covered by you.
Proof of postage will always be obtained.

In the very unlikely event your order should arrive damaged or faulty, please let us know within 48 hours and we'll send you a replacement.

If you're sending it back for any other reason, under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Act you are entitled to a full refund if the item
is returned within seven days of receipt. Please make sure you return it in its original condition and packaging.

We'd be grateful if you'd enclose a note stating the reason for the return, and telling us whether you'd like a refund or exchange.
Please retain your proof of posting certificate, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

Please allow up to two weeks to process your refund or exchange.
